Indigenous Outreach & Support Services
These services are delivered to people living on the streets and in seasonal shelters, providing them with support and assistance as they transition from a streets to homes or hostels to homes. To ensure clients remain successfully housed, Indigenous-specific case-management services are provided for each person enrolled. Our goal is to manage issues that arise once housed including the need for a primary healthcare provider, ID clinics, neighborhood meal sites, food banks, landlord/tenant issues, and walk-in clinics.
