Project Description

Palmer, in partnership with consultancies Chu Cho Environmental and Sasuchan Development Corporation, completed a multi-disciplinary baseline program for the Lawyers Gold-Silver Mine located in the Toodoggone River and nearby Prince George, British Columbia. Our efforts were made to help prepare Benchmark Metals determine its Environmental Assessment (EA) readiness in the permitting process.

The technical expertise provided by the Palmer team related to fish and aquatics, surface water quality, hydrology, hydrogeology, air quality, and noise management. Additionally, we evaluated the impact on Bull Trout migration patterns using radio telemetry, undertook an instream flow modeling program (SEPA/HEP), and completed early-stage baseline studies.
