Project Description

Palmer was engaged by Gold Mountain to form a multi-disciplinary team to conduct baseline studies and pursue a Mines Act Permit for the Elk Gold Project near Merritt, British Columbia.

We provided a wide range of expertise related aquatic ecology and water quality technical work including hydrology, hydrogeology, geochemistry, climate air and noise, surface water quality, groundwater quality, and terrestrial and human environment.

Our team also supported Gold Mountain through regulatory engagement and navigation of the mine permitting process, which resulted in the successful acquisition of a Mines Act Permit for the project.
